SHIPPING POLICY: We allow combined shipping for all auctions which is an additional $.50 per auction. However, please note: 1. Our shipping price has increased as USPS prices have increased. However, we have also upgraded our shipping procedure to include custom cut cardboard for extra protection for each order that contains graded cards. 2. If you have multiple items and one has $9, and $4.75 as the base rate the combined rate is off the most expensive item 3. The $.50 is only applicable to sports cards singles, if they are lots of cards that do not fit in single bubble mailer at our discretion the $.50 rate might not apply 4. We can not combine invoices or adjust shipping costs if you have ALREADY paid so if you want items combined please wait to pay 5. We can only combine invoices prior to the unpaid item assistant opening a case which we have set at 8 days- therefore we only combine items sold within one week of each other 6. We do not ship international under any circumstances 7. We will not respond to any messages asking for a combined invoice - if you want a total please hit "request total" not send message to combine 8. This system is automated so the combined invoices should be there, if there are different shipping values and different days sometime it isn't so again hit request total not send 9. Items sold over $5,000 will be shipped via Fedex so please provide a Fedex address. ITEM CONDITION: All cards graded by professional third party organizations conditions are determined by the graders not by us. We are not liable for that condition you are purchasing the card in the grade- if there is anything other than minor nicks and scratches (all graded cases if you look close enough can have small scratches) we will disclose it in the title. If you decide to return because of "damage" to case and we look it over and there is not significant damage its the typical case as nothing is perfect you will be blocked from future purchases. Please note for raw cards we are operating a consignment business and also are the biggest group submitter to PSA. Therefore, most of these cards have already been looked over for grading. If you are bidding on these cards it is possible but not likely that they will grade gem mint please bid accordingly. However, for modern cards 2010 and newer please expect all cards to be in Near Mint condition (7 Grade PSA/BGS/SGC) or better with most being better. Major issues like dents, nail indentations or bent corners will be disclosed. If you are buying these cards and returning because they will not gem but do meet the requirements above you will be blocked from future business. If you want a guaranteed gem please buy a card graded gem mint. RETURN POLICY: We allow returns with full refunds but do not offer partial refunds. Our items are sold on consignment so this is not an option. Returns are available to our customers if they did not get the item they are intended to receive. They are not for them to buy and decide they do not want them. The sports card market is dynamic and in a week a card could lose it's value or it could double in value. Therefore, if you would not return an item because it doubled in value buyers remorse in unacceptable the other way. 1. Items returned because of damage, missing parts, wrong item sent, will be given full refunds 2. Items returned because of buyers remorse, changed my mind, found better price, just didn't like it will by charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee 3.
